The is a advantage with running on "no money" the projects have been running on practically nothing for 10 years - this is a strength, as well as a limitation.

Have seen so meany radical open projects fail from NGO funding models. It's been a shit storm of pointlessness for more than 20 years. We need to stop doing this.

Funding can be a trap, it attracts the worst people... need ideas/social solutions to mediate this. Though this is a strong history of funding working for radical outcome... the whole affective direct action movement WAS funded under the table based on trust by meany of the more mainstream NGOs in the 1990's it worked.

Exactly, the vast majority simply need enough funds to live a meagre life and they will do the things that they know need to be done.
